Church Cemetery
All Saints’ Church Cemetery, Jaipur
The All Saints’ Church Cemetery, with its rich history dating back 155 years, stands as a significant landmark near the Civil Lines railway track in the heart of Jaipur. This serene resting place has been a witness to countless stories and memories since the first burial of Fredrik Arthur Currie Knyvett in 1869.
Situated just 1.5 kilometers from All Saints’ Church, the Cemetery offers a tranquil environment for reflection and remembrance. Recognizing the importance of preserving this historic site, we have undertaken several enhancement projects to ensure it remains a dignified and welcoming space for visitors.
Recent improvements include the construction of new pathways, providing easy access throughout the graveyard. Benches have been thoughtfully placed to offer spots for rest and contemplation amidst the peaceful surroundings. Additionally, we have installed a 2000-liter water tank, which serves a dual purpose: supporting our ongoing plantation efforts to maintain the greenery and providing convenient handwashing facilities for visitors.
Our commitment to maintaining the Cemetery reflects our respect for those who rest here and our dedication to offering a serene and beautiful environment for their families and friends to visit. We invite you to explore this historic site and appreciate the efforts made to preserve its sanctity and beauty
